I was tasked with designing the branding and design the packaging for a designer essentials kit. The contents I chose for the kit were a wireless trackball mouse, an external hard drive, and a pair of wireless earbuds. Some walls I came across was the naming of both the brand and the name of kit. Overall, it is the result of experimentation and challenging myself to adapt to varying ways of package design.

I wanted the branding to reflect the feeling of creativity. Therefore, the name of the brand is Ignite, connecting to the result the products from it create. For the name of the kit, while I struggled to come up with something that would fit the branding, I thought what the three objects help to create, and that's when I got the name Spark.

The package consists of a box that contains three slots, each measured to house their dedicated item. An issue was that the mouse kept sliding down because of the bottom on which it rested on was smooth. I solved the issue by creating another layer with the exact dimensions and slots ats the top and glued it to the bottom, serving as a stomp on which the items can rest in place even as the package is handled.

I experimented with a new way of designing package labels. I got inspiration from a project in which the designer created a sleeve for the package.
